And based on the landscape, I would have to presume it’s in the [western part of the park](http://www.nps.gov/common/commonspot/customcf/apps/maps/showmap.cfm?alphacode=yell&parkname=Yellowstone), possibly somewhere around Norris or up towards Mammoth Hot Springs.

The eastern part is a little more mountainous, and the southern part more forest.

Actually, with the snow cover and lack of mountains in the background, it could easily be some of the prairie land out in the Lamar Valley to the northeast. That has a lot of the cliche ‘American West’ type scenery, rolling prairies edged by big bluffs and craggy mountains.
